Signalling fault causing travel time increase

[EWL] CLEARED: Train services between #PasirRis & #OutramPark have resumed.

[EWL]UPDATE:Fault cleared , trains are progressively returning to normal speed. Pls add 10mins travel time btwn #PasirRis & #OutramPark.

[EWL]UPDATE:Pls add 20mins travel time between #PasirRis & #OutramPark due to a signalling fault at #Aljunied. Train svc is still available
